"Wait, what plants are these?"

That’s the reaction we’re after. A lot of people are hesitant about herbal tea, but maybe they've never had it with actual, whole plant particles. We use high-quality, full-size plant botanicals you can actually recognize and taste. And we measure each blend by hand, making sure each batch is fresh, flavorful, and comforting.

Our hope is to empower you to get to know the plants you’re drinking. By studying the plants today, you’re prepping and planting mental seeds to eventually grow your own tea blends. That is what Peach Pollen is all about.

What are you steeping?

We intentionally select beginner-friendly herbs to invite you into the world of plant study. Every herbal tea blend includes Plant ID cards (online orders) to help you build your own Materia Medica, to deepen your relationship with the plants you drink. Whether you’re learning to identify a leaf or eventually inspired to grow and forage your own ingredients, Peach Pollen is here to support your evolution from tea drinker to a self-sufficient herbalist.

Back to plants.

Our founder, Brittany, spent years growing, harvesting, and studying the very plants that makeup our blends. That hands-on experience ensures every tisane is made with high quality plants. The goal long-term, goal is to partner directly with U.S. organic farmers. Summer 2026, we are especially proud to partner with a local regenerative farm in Central Austin to harvest fresh Lemon Balm!

Grow your own tea

"I purposefully built these blends using plants you can grow or forage yourself. For me, it all started with Lemon Balm. I hope Peach Pollen empowers you to start your own herb garden and discover the natural cycles that surround us. Whether you're steeping a cup, composting the packaging, or using the Plant ID cards, I'm honored to be part of your crunchy, self-sufficient journey."
